Exposure to the elements can cause eucalyptus to fade or dry out. To protect your furniture, apply a quality teak or boiled/refined linseed oil at least twice during spring and summer. Frequency may vary based on sun and climate. Avoid applying oil in direct sunlight. Wipe off excess about an hour after application. Caution: Dispose of oil-soaked rags safely, as they can be flammable. Cover or store furniture during harsh weather or winter months.
